There are 6 types of resumes you can choose from:

1) Entry Level Resume: This type of resume is meant for recent graduates with 0-2 years experience.

2) Professional Resume: This is meant for professionals who have experience in their field.

3) Executive Resume: This resume is meant for those applying to C-level positions (e.g. CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, Directors, VPs, Presidents).

4) CV (Curriculum Vitae): This document is a full overview of a candidate’s history, it is often used in government applications, academic applications, and clinical research applications.

5) Career Change Resume: This document is used for candidates experienced in their current field who want to change fields or industries.

6) Federal / Military Resume: This document is for those who are looking for jobs with the government or for those in the military looking to transition to civilian roles.

What formats will you deliver my resume in?

Resumes are generally delivered in .docx and .pdf formats, but can also be delivered in .doc or .odt if a candidate requests.

What are the differences between a resume and a CV?

The primary differences between resumes and CVs include length, purpose, and content. A resume is a concise document which highlights experience, knowledge, and achievements relevant to the application at hand, whereas a CV is a complete history of a candidate’s experience and education and will often be much longer than a resume.

You will be able to communicate with your resume writer via email.

Can I ask for revisions?

Revisions to correct a misunderstanding or mistake in the resume creation or editing process are included in the original costs. Revisions to add information not provided during the order process will incur additional costs. Please double check information provided during the order process to ensure completeness and avoid additional fees.

What if I am not happy with my resume, can I request a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied with your resume, feel free to contact us for corrections. We offer revisions to meet the needs of our clients. If the re-edited resume still does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund, and your request will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance Department. Refunds must be requested within three days of completion of the order.

What is your interview guarantee?

Full Circle Resumes cannot guarantee that you will get an interview for a specific position, as there are often circumstances outside of our direct control. However if you have applied for 20 jobs and not received a call for an interview within 30 days, please contact our team for an additional round of editing free of charge.
